South Africa, update!!.

Hello there!!

First of all Happy New Year to all of you!all the best for the year 2009!

South Africa is great!really enjoying it. I'm training here with the Amadonsa Team, which is going really well, the athletes are, Helli and Vio Oblinger, Benoit and Nicolas Peschier, and Raphael Reveche, some others like Alain Shirmann and Benjamin Boukpetit might join us later this month, with the coach Jean-Jerome Perrin.

The course is great, a naturel river that has both the feeling of an artificial and naturel course!A good full run would take around 1min35sec which is perfect for us! The flat water course which is in bethlehem is really good also, with the gym beside, I SA is a really good place to train, no jetlag, cheaper to live and to fly to....and hot at the same time. Pitty that this will be the last year that the course will be there since they are building a dam above the course.
