Hi there,

Well I am just finishing my first week here in Penrith and training is going great! I am living in the Blue Mountains with the Etheridge family, also spending time with the kiwis boys Mike and Brent with who I train most of the days.

Things here haven't changed from the last time I came out 2 years ago, still very hot, the course is the same, and I love going somewhere that has air conditioner! I will stay here for another 2 weeks and then head to New Zealand with Mike for their national selection along with the ICF Open. We'll then go on a mission in the South Island to run some rivers and then come back here for 2 weeks.
